One is very fortunate to find expert service/work. John, Elizabeth, and I are extremely fortunate because we found and have both! Your skill in photography is superb.

We are in awe of the pictures. They so completely and beautifully tell the story of Elizabeth's and David's wedding day. We are paging through the two albums daily. Each time we see another person, expression, or event that prompts more warm memories of the most joyous occasion in our lives. We absolutely love all the pictures!

John and I are taking our time in making our selections. It would be easy if there were pictures we did not like. Deciding between terrific and terrific is difficult. In addition to all the work you did on July 26, you were so helpful during the weeks of planning.

Thank you for listening to my worries and being so supportive. Your were right. Things do have a way of getting resolved. Also your advice about many wedding aspects (the bride and groom spending time together prior to the ceremony, photojournalism plan, film types, etc., etc.,) were crucial to the success and happiness of the day.

We are all very grateful and overwhelmed by your wonderful work. Best wishes to both of you for good days as we conclude another summer. You certainly helped to make ours memorable.

In August, we had an untraditional Jewish-Catholic wedding for 220 guests. The wedding and reception both were held at the Collins Plaza Hotel. Our particular event required some special touches due to the religious differences of our friends and families. We preface the following comments with the fact that we were extremely detail oriented, specific, and particular in our wedding planning.

Steve and Joanne were extraordinary from day one. They took the time to meet with our parents to discuss the packages, offer suggestions and present different options. Of the 25 local vendors we were involved with, no one equaled the level of professionalism, pride, and organization the Steve and Joanne displayed. They were wonderful at meeting our needs and sensitive to our special concerns. Steve worked with us to construct a package that was exactly what we wanted. Steve met with us several times to review all the wedding details,. They even took the initiative to arrange the plans with the catering manager directly.

The day of the wedding, Steve and Joanne were organized, prompt, and worked well with the wedding party. They were flexible and demonstrated great adaptability when the bridesmaids were running behind schedule and the flower girl was reluctant to be in any pictures. They were exceptional about getting feed back from our family. Steve respected our desire not to see each other before the wedding, which was not true of several photographers we interviewed. Steve and Joanne interacted beautifully with the other professionals including the DJ, videographer, florist, and catering manager.

The product delivered was of excellent quality. Our engagement pictures and a sizable wedding order were both delivered in a timely manner.

We have not encountered another individual(s) who are as committed to delivering such exceptional services as Steve and Joanne.

It is with pleasure that Pete and I think back to Jenn's and Eric's wedding. It turned out to be such a fun day and we have some wonderful memories of a lovely ceremony and being able to share the day with friends and family.

Of course, you and Joanne were an integral part of the day. Other than decorating the reception area and getting our hair done, you were right there with us all day long!! Yet, we didn't feel bombarded by your camera, equipment, or personal presence. You were very professional and quiet, going about your business of taking a complete array of pictures.

We were very pleased with the variety of pictures and their quality. The book that you put together for the kids is wonderful! Many people have remarked about how very nice the pictures are and asked who did them. I like what you did with the pictures--enlarging, cropping, and choosing mats that compliment the pictures. The album that you put together will help keep the day "alive" for all of us.

It took everyone to create the day but you are the ones who have helped preserve the memories. We thank you for being so pleasant to work with, willing to accommodate our agenda, and doing your job so well that we didn't have to worry abut how things were going with pictures. We could be sure other aspects of the day were running smoothly and then do what parents of the bride should do--enjoy the day.
