How We Treat Our Clients

World Class Service

We Listen

We invest a generous amount of time getting to know your needs. Depending upon which photography chapters you have chosen, we provide you with a list of portrait ideas to act as memory joggers.  We use your list as our guide on the wedding day to be sure we capture the portraits that are important to you.

Let’s Discuss Your Wedding Details

A few weeks before your wedding, we will meet with you to learn about the details of your wedding day.  We also go over the priority list of portraits that you have chosen.  In this manner we learn about the stained glass window that you love, where the bridesmaids will enter, which family members may arrive late, and a multitude of details that helps us make that day flow so smoothly.

You Design the Bride’s Album Covers

We ask you to help us design your bridal album cover. Cover color, design of embossing, choice of portrait cameo, location of your name and wedding date are some of the design elements.

Ample Time at the Ceremony

We will compute at what time the photography should begin based upon the priority list of portraits that you have chosen.  Special requests are honored. We will be at the wedding site as early as we are needed to take the portraits.  We want to please you by capturing your favorites.

Your Personal Photographer

On your wedding day, we become your personal photographer. We stay flexible and responsive to your changing needs on this exciting day. We will never be far from you; just let us know what you would like.

Full Service Wedding Photography

Spotlight Images provides full service wedding photography. We do everything; process the images, edit, order prints, and design the contents of your beautiful album. We custom crop each image.  You do nothing but enjoy yourself.

Engagement Portrait Sessions at Your Convenience

Many of our clients find that the only time that is convenient to have an engagement portrait session (which comes complementary with the Wedding Storybook) is evening. We welcome the opportunity to provide another valuable service to our clients by arranging the portrait session in the evening if it works better for them.

Your Delight is Paramount

There is no substitute for a delighted client. Our goal is to delight our clients and to go beyond their expectation.

How do We Achieve It?

Delighting the client means giving more and doing more. It means working well with people—not only the client but also family and friends alike. We take everything in stride and have a good time. Spending time with you to better know your needs is another way for us to give more—more time. We tailor the photography coverage to meet your needs.

Professional Equipment Used

Our clients have the right to expect us to use only professional camera and lighting equipment. We certainly agree. The quality of the image cannot be compromised by use of anything less than professional equipment. We bring backup equipment in the unlikely event of a malfunction. When it comes to the formal portraits, our high resolution images with their higher detail affords incredible depth to the portraits.  And we make this important choice knowing that your satisfaction depends upon beautiful portraits.

Custom Cropping for Each Album Portrait

We custom crop every image for your Bride’s album, parent album, or gift print. There is no extra charge. Just another way to ensure Client Delight.

Easy Going Style

We are undaunted by relatives who take snapshots while we photograph the wedding party on the alter. We want our clients to be delighted with our easy going style. After all, considering all the distance that your Aunt Ethel and Uncle Joe came, you certainly don’t want to hear their complaints that the photographer wouldn’t let them take snapshots. About the only thing we may ask is to have them turn off their flashes so that it won't be recorded on our film while we are photographing a scene.

Flexibility is Our Middle Name

From customizing your poses to handling unexpected changes in the line up of portraits, our flexibility is an attribute that our clients consistently appreciate as evidenced by their thank you notes to us. We’ll work together to be sure we do everything we can to satisfy your changing needs.

Our Goals Are to Delight the Client

Deliver more than what is expected.

Be fair in all business dealings.

Spend liberal time with the client to discuss poses, portrait locations, album cover designs, and special needs.

Allow a liberal amount of time at the church to provide the portraits for which the client has asked.

Provide the opportunity for 1 hour reception coverage so that the traditional portraits are taken  in the order planned by the client; first dance, cake cutting, toasts, etc.

Be flexible. A client may want to change his or her mind at the last second.

Show respect and courtesy to everyone—client, family, friends.

At all times, conduct ourselves at the highest professional level.

Use only professional equipment to provide creative images and well lighted portraits.

Be understanding. Planning, conducting, and being in a wedding can be stressful to the client.

Always be mindful that the wedding is a happy, joyous event. Behave in a manner that contributes positively.

Provide completed bridal album in a prompt manner.

Everything we do and say should contribute to our having a delighted client.
